Return Policy
In-Store Returns
We are happy to accept returns for exchange of other goods or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with tags attached. All shoes must be unworn and returned in box. All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Online Returns
We would be happy to accept returns of unworn and unwashed merchandise for exchange or store credit. Please notify us via email within 72 hours of receipt if you are unhappy with an item. To be eligible, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified by email. Approved returns will be issued store credit in the amount of the returned item(s).
Sale items
Clearance and sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for exchange.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6004 Grand Central Ave, Vienna, West Virginia US 26105 or 2131 Roosevelt Drive, Lewis Center, OH 43035
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
