Return Policy

In-Store Returns

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with tags attached. All shoes must be unworn and returned in box. No returns or exchanges on sale items.

Online Returns
We would be happy to accept returns of unworn and unwashed merchandise.  You must notify us via email within 72 hours of receipt if you are unhappy with an item.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
 
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you by email.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to post to your original method of payment.
 
Sale items
All jewelry, accessories, clearance and sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for exchange.
 
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6004 Grand Central Ave,  Vienna, West Virginia US 26105
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
